Explainer videos for new-joiners

Overview:

To spice up the new-joiners journey, we decided to tackle a few dry subjects in the form of explainer videos. The cubic style characters are fellow employees in our local setting of CX Headquarters. They give a high-level introduction to a range of subjects, including retirement scheme options, company benefits, staff ticketing, etc. – under two-minute duration each.

My role in the project:

On these projects I was responsible for the Client management, solution design, scriptwriting and storyboarding; and being assisted by a project manager and a graphic artist who developed the final visuals and animation.

Introducing the Performance Management and Competency Framework

Overview:

Our team took part in the change management process of the introduction of the new Performance Management process by creating a set of photo-based instructional videos introducing the new process and platform. We’ve also created a set of short how-to videos explaining the process flow and each feature of the new platform.

My role in the project:

On these projects, I was responsible for the client management, solution design, scriptwriting and story-boarding; and being assisted by a project manager and a graphic artist who related the final animation using an After Effects template and Flash.

Recording session in the CX Studio. Lots of professionalism... and even more giggles.
